Check-out Time

Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Guests must vacate the apartment by this time, regardless of their check-in time.

Late Check-out

A late check-out may require an additional hourly payment of 1500-2000 KZT per hour.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours must be observed at night from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Parties

Noisy events and parties are prohibited at all times.

Minors

Minors are not allowed in the apartment without the presence of parents or responsible adults.

Number of Guests

Do not exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants.

Rule Violations

Violation of the rules will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

Property Care

Please treat the property in the apartment with care. You will be required to compensate for any damages.

Safety

Follow fire safety rules. Check that electrical appliances and water taps are turned off when you leave the apartment.
